My room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival because the heating hadn't been turned on. It took far too long for the room to warm up, and I found the air conditioner noisy during the night, making it hard to rest. i honestly woudl ve been impressed, except a smokey room is just not my idea of a fresh start. Then, good luck finding water after hours unless you want to deal with overpriced vending machines. i tell you, if i had gotten an upgrade, i might have given a good review, but alas, here we are.
